AICCS Mandatory Policy
AICCS provides strategic oversight, regulatory alignment, and a multi‑tiered quality assurance framework for all AICCS institutions. Our founder established the foundational quality framework that guides our standards today, and we remain committed to continuous quality improvement across all member schools.
Mandatory requirements include:
Regulatory Compliance: Approved Members, Candidate Schools, and Accredited Institutions must comply with all applicable state (USA) or national (international) religious‑education regulations.
Quality Assurance: All institutions participate in the AICCS multi‑tiered quality assurance framework, which includes institutional change reporting, annual reporting, peer‑review oversight, and ongoing compliance requirements.
AICCS Faith-Based Policy
All AICCS member institutions covenant to uphold the highest Christian moral values, academic credibility, ethical standards, and financial integrity. Schools agree to conduct all operations in accordance with Christ’s “Golden Rule,” refraining from actions that would harm the outreach, reputation, or effectiveness of another member institution or of AICCS itself.
AICCS Network Policy
AICCS Accredited institutions agree to accept and/or transfer all credits, courses, and degrees issued by other Approved, Candidate, or Accredited Member schools of the AICCS, when applicable.
AICCS Grievance Oversight Policy
AICCS accepts grievances only when an allegation indicates that a member institution is not complying with the AICCS Standards of Excellence or with the policies provided during the annual review or reaccreditation process. Grievances must relate directly to standards‑level or policy‑level noncompliance. AICCS does not mediate personal disputes, academic disagreements, or general dissatisfaction concerns.
Institutional Remedies
Students must complete their institution’s internal grievance procedures in full before submitting a complaint to AICCS.
Scope of Review
AICCS reviews complaints solely to determine whether they raise a potential violation of the Standards of Excellence. If no standards‑level concern is evident, no further review is conducted. AICCS does not adjudicate individual disputes or reconsider academic decisions.
Finality of Decision
Once the AICCS Board determines that a member institution meets all applicable Standards of Excellence, the matter is closed. Decisions regarding institutional compliance are final, and no further correspondence will be conducted on the same issue.
